Teddy Bedroom
Once again I was inspired by a set of furniture purchased from the Smithsonian Museum catalog: bear bed, table, two stools, mirror, and toy box. The wall paper with the bear border was from a miniature store catalog. My stash of bears yielded the lamp base, the koala next to the table, the bear supports for the two shelf bookcase, and the collection of small bears on that bottom shelf.
​I made the three drawer chest of drawers, and framed all the bear pictures on the walls (from a Dollhouse Miniature magazine). Also from the magazine were the assorted bear books, coloring books, bear themed games, etc. The bear on the bed was originally a Christmas ornament. The bear rug was a piece of plush fabric cut into a sort of bear rug shape. I created the hanging book shelf on the wall and used a few more bear things from my bear stash.
